Service Description

Our inventory reports are highly detailed and comprehensive, includes photographs and are sent to you in PDF format. Please add 20% + vat where we are asked to carry out either a mid term or check out report that wasnt carried out by us initially. Additional rooms such as garages, gardens, sheds, basements would be charged at £10 per room. We also reserve the right to charge additionally for properties that are heavily furnished or have very high end fittings. Charges will be based on time spent at the property. Cancellations: 50% of the original price charged for cancellations made within 24 hrs, Nil if rebooked within the same week.
